• User research-Problem validation, Stakeholder & Expert interviews
• Usability testing
• Collaborate with the developers in our Agile labs
• Collaborate with the enterprise design systems team - Canvas
• Qualitative data analysis - Pulse feedback, Call notes from help desk, training and sales team.
• Quantitative data analysis - Google analytics, backend logs.
